4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices listed are final and do not include applicable taxes or fees unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

We follow Paddle’s refund policy for all purchases. Refunds may be declined if the template has been downloaded, used, or if there is evidence of misuse.

6. Support and Updates

We provide email support for all templates. Support includes guidance on installation, usage, and customization within the template’s intended functionality. Free lifetime updates are included for all purchased templates.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates remain the intellectual property of arq. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the template as outlined in the selected plan. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or resale is prohibited.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant us permission to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information, including your email, will not be published but may be used for marketing communications.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our products or services if you breach this Agreement, including misuse of licenses or engaging in prohibited activities.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website relies on Paddle for payment processing and Framer for template functionality. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kyrgyzstan. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Kyrgyzstan.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, arq is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our templates, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.
